Welcome to the Goodhue Land Design Website! This site is dedicated to the education of landowners, land developers, homeowners and lawmakers regarding the options available for land development in our state of VT.
Land development can make significant contributions to the preservation of open space and our beautiful VT landscape. Foreground scenery, room to roam for people, and habitat for wildlife can be preserved as the land is developed.
