Proposed Trail System Iriquois Lake Park Chittenden County, Vermont Goal: A cross-coutnry nature trail providing recreation opportunities on the hills in Lake Iriquois Park.

Route Selection: Continuous loop within park providing access to interesting natural features. Spurs to off-site destinations. Buffers between trail and critical wildlife habitat, eg. vernal pools, streams. No sharp turns on or at the bottoms of the hills for user safety. Variety of moderate undulating terrain. Well-drained, smooth surface conditions.
