Tree Resources

Summary

There appears to be an opportunity to locate the major development where it could be embraced on the west, north and east by towering pines. Hazardous trees within and adjacent to high use areas should be removed to eliminate the greatest wind blow-down hazards. many trees to the south of the building site should be removed to warm the spirits and temerature in the clinic-with the exception of a large dead tree 100 feet south of the development area which should be preserved for wildlife. The large pines to the west would filter the sight and sound of highway traffic. The trees to the north and east with undergrowth removed would provide a dramatic background to the clinic.
